Replacements
We have a 7-day replacement policy for damaged items or order errors, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To start the process, please contact us at info@goldbackgear.com and include your order number and a photo of the damaged item or a description of the order error.
Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If your replacement request is approved, we will send a replacement within 2 business days of approval.
Items shipped back to us without authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
